1. We recommend users to read the T&C's before placing an order. Our website contains uniqe graphics tools and provides all graphic solutions, free royalty pictures, documents, graphic designs, software tools, prices, ordering options, etc. This information will hereinafter be named "content".

2. All proprietary rights to the site and its content belong to EasyExpo in Israel. It is strictly forbidden to copy, distribute, publish or use the content in any way other than that stated in the present T&C's. Pilpulit reserves the right to add, change or erase any part of the site "content" without prior notice.

3. EasyExpo website T&C's regulate site log-in, rules and purchase. When you log-in into the site, you agree to follow by our T&Cs.

4.EasyExpo  may make changes in the site or the contents of the site, without any prior notice.

5. User is committed to enter and use website content for the sole purpose of designing or preparing and ordering display materials that will be produced and printed solely to EasyExpo or those acting on its behalf.

6. User agrees to behave responsibly in a way that fulfils these T&C's and obeys all the laws of the country of residence.

7. Any abuse of the site's "content" for illegal purposes, and/or for invading the privacy of a person and/or for pornographic ends and/or for any breach of trade marks and copyright, is strictly prohibited. The user undertakes not to abuse the site in order to create illegal, abusive or pornographic products, or products that may offend public sentiments and/or which contain some content that breaches copy rights and/or trademarks.

8. EasyExpo reserves the right to stop customers who carry out undesirable activities from using the site. The user agrees that he is the sole person responsible for using the content and for the integrating of graphics, texts and pictures . In the process of creating the printed product, the user undertakes not to include any text with graphics, design, trademarks or any other form of third party proprietary materials in the products, unless he has appropriate authorization from the relevant copy right holders.

9. By placing an order on this site the user declares that the product does not breach any third party right, including: copy rights, trademarks or privacy, and that he has acquired all the third party rights required in producing the products. The user declares that he knows and agrees that the shipping conditions and shipping cost include in total order's cost and with no option to change our shipping logistics, i.e., you are not able to choose other courier.

10. EasyExpo customers must be aware that they are solely responsible for logging in using their user name and/or their password. EasyExpo can't be and will not be responsible for unauthorized entries through the accounts of registered users. Registered users are therefore charged with securing their login name and password. At the same time, if you have identified an unauthorized entry into your account, please report this by e-mail to Pilpulit cutomer support, and we will address the problem.

11. In no case will Pilpulit, its vendors or franchise holders, its directors, employees and agents, be liable for accidental indirect damages of any kind, caused by the loss of information and profits, including damages arising from error, virus, delay or disruption of service. In no case will Pilpulit be liable for inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site by users.

12. On-Line Purchasing Process 
* Immediately following the execution of the Pilpulit order, your credit card information will be processed. Once the credit card company approves your payment , you will receive a notice that the operation has been approved. The order will be recorded in the EasyExpo system and an e-mail order confirmation will be sent to you.
* When ordering a product or service, you must first decide on the  product type. Then you select your preferred graphic option: upload your own design, use our designers' services or create your design with our graphic tool. If you choose to create your design with our graphic tool, the next steps are: choosing a background, then adding the logo, texts and product images as relevant. The next step is registering and creating a login name and password. Registering provides many advantages. Please take care to record your exact details at the site, for otherwise we won't be able to secure your order. 
* Registering with EasyExpo constitutes the user's consent to be included in EasyExpo customer base. Those who are intrested will be able to receive newsletters from Pilpulit. This list will not be transferred or distributed to any other information bank.
* It will not be possible to cancel a transaction once the credit card has been charged and/or the order has been sent for printing.
* The customer's credit card will be charged for the product or service he acquired.

13. Product supply/shipping 

* EasyExpo will only supply a product that has been fully paid for with a credit card or bank transfer.
* EasyExpo will supply each product you purchase at the site to any address that you gave us while setting up your order or registering, within the stipulated time, according to the type of shipment you chose for your order. The times stipulated at the site for the shipping of products/services include business days only (Monday to Friday, Saturdays and holidays are not included).
* EasyExpo will not be liable for delayed or late delivery and/or non-delivery caused by Force Major and/or events that are beyond Easyexpo control, including strikes, shutdowns and other occurences similar to these.
* If you wish to receive your order faster, you can choose to upgrade your delivery options. International orders are shipped using UPS Worldwide Express. All shipping charges will be added to your total bill.
* Shipping costs – the shipping costs are not included in the product's price and may not be considered as part of the product's price, but only as an additional cost intended to cover the shipping of the product to the client. For the convenience of the client, Pilpulit directly charges the client for these costs.
* If for some reason, a defect should be found in the product, easyexpo undertakes to faithfully handle any request and claim, and in the event that such claims are found to be justified, EasyExpo undertakes to compensate the client with a new identical product free of charge. In no event will the compensation exceed the cost of the original order.
* The postal service - EasyExpo is not liable for postage materials transferred by the various postal authorities in various countries and/or the various aerial and overland shipments in different countries, and will not be responsible for any damage caused to a product and/or a customer owing to failures or omissions by such parties.
 
14. Client Service- if you have any questions relating to the products presented at our site or any other problem, we urge you to send an e-mail to our customer service.
15. Confidentiality of all user information
* You are asked to provide information for the purpose of carrying out the transaction, such as contact name, address, e-mail address, phone number and payment details.
* EasyExpo undertakes not to make any use of the information except from what is mentioned in section 6 without your permission, unless this is required by law or in order to prevent misuse.
* Easyexpo will only allow those of its employees that require the information in order to provide service to access customer information.
* EasyExpo takes all the usual precautions in order to keep, as much as possible, all information in confidence. Whenever credit card numbers are transferred for debiting to the banks, it is done through a secured system, but in the event of cases beyond its control or arising from Force Major, Pilpulit will not be responsible for any type of damage, direct or indirect caused to you or anyone on your behalf, should this information be lost or put to unauthorized use.
16. All EasyExpo proprietary rights, including patents, copyrights, samples, methods and commercial secrets are the property of Pilpulit only. Included in it (including product records, product descriptions, etc.) are the site’s computer code and any other items associated with its operation. It is prohibited to copy, duplicate, distribute, sell, market or translate any information included in the site advance (including trademarks, pictures and texts), without the explicit consent of Pilpulit given in writing. No commercial use may be made of any data published by Pilpulit, the Pilpulit database, the list of products appearing in the site or any other items. No use may be made of any data published by EasyExpo in order to present them in any internet or other service.
* By ordering from EasyExpo you are approving the execution of the print job and the completion of the payment for it.
* The name EasyExpo and the site domain name, the logo marks and the trademark Pilpulit (whether registered or not), EasyExpo name and trademarks – are all the property of EasyExpo only. No use may be made of them without receiving its advance written consent.
* Be aware that a deviation up to 15% in colors and up to 3 cm in size , may occur between what you saw on your computer screen and the actual product.
17. Miscellaneous - The rules and conditions aforementioned were last updated November 1st, 2008, and may be changed by Pilpulit, at its sole discretion. The interpretation and enforcement of these regulations and/or any action or dispute arising from it, will be conducted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, and will be instituted, if necessary, within its courts.
18. Customs and Import Duties -  You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country, and may also be subject to withholding tax obligations. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. For international shipments, refusing the package may result in customs and brokerage fees being assessed against Pilpulit. These fees will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, when ordering from Pilpulit, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you are subject to withholding tax obligations, we expect you to comply and provide Pilpulit the information necessary to secure the appropriate credit to your account.
19.EasyExpo database images are Royalty-free images you can use to create your design for print on our website only! For images terms of use you can check the full images terms & conditions.
20.Taxes - We currently do not charge sales tax. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to carry any local taxes according to the local laws of his country.
21. Returns- EasyExpo will accept back any item in good condition within 5 days after the product is delivered to you; you can return items for a full refund of the product price (you will need to pay just for shipping) -- no hassles. The item must be in mint condition, be returned in its original box and include all original materials. For returning the item prior to shipping it, please contact Customer Service with: the original order number, your name and billing address (to verify for credit to your account), iems you would like to return and the quantity of items returned. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the below terms and conditions, Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
