What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, Paypal and Bank transfer.
Which countries can I order from? EasyExpo can accept orders from and ship to a select list of countries. Speak to a customer support representative for a complete list of the countries served. Not all products are available in all countries.
How will you send me the order's products? Our standard shipping method is FedEx 2nd-Day Air for most of the countries. Shipping charges will be displayed during order review. Shipping upgrades are available for orders if you'd like to receive your products faster. Additional shipping fees apply to these services.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Orders placed on our website are shipped from our warehouse within one business day for print from the moment the graphic is approved (in case you choose to receive our designers' services, In the other two options- as soon as ordered placed). Business days don't include weekends or holidays. If you choose the standard shipping option, it may take your order about 14 business days to arrive at your doorstep after leaving our warehouse. Standard delivery time may vary depending on your location. Second-day and priority overnight shipments will likely arrive more quickly.
How do I track my order? Please contact our Customer Service (in English), Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm Pacific Time, to check the status of your order.
How do I get technical support for the products I order? EasyExpoCustomer Service can help you with questions about your order.
Will I be charged sales tax for my order? We currently do not charge sales tax. Therefore it is the customer's responsibility to carry any local taxes according to the local laws in his country.
Will I have to pay Customs and Import Duties? You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when a shipment reaches your country, and may also be subject to withholding tax obligations. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. For international shipments, refusing the package may result in customs and brokerage fees being assessed against Pilpulit. These fees will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, when ordering from EasyExpo, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If you are subject to withholding tax obligations, we expect you to comply and provide Pilpulit the information necessary to secure the appropriate credit to your account.
Will you split up my order if there are items that are not currently available? Yes. We will make every effort to send your complete order. However, on occasion, some items in our store may be temporarily out of stock. If you have ordered multiple items with different availability, we will ship in-stock items immediately and hold the balance of your order. Backordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Splitting up your order will in no way increase the cost of shipping to you. It's the least we can do for making you wait a little longer.
What is the Pilpulit return policy? We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied for any reason, Pilpulit will accept back any item in good condition within 5 days after the product is delivered to you; you can return items for a full refund of the product price (you will need to pay just for shipping) -- no hassles. The item must be in mint condition, be returned in its original box and include all original materials. For returning the item prior to shipping it, please contact Customer Service with: the original order number, your name and billing address (to verify for credit to your account), iems you would like to return and the quantity of items returned. Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the below terms and conditions, Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
What kind of special features does the graphic tool have? We provide all graphic solutions!!! 1. You can send us your design prepared for print. 2. If you don’t have a graphic design, choose a product and create your own design in a few minutes for free!!! 3. Get our top designers to create you a graphic design (get an offer from us).

Second, we place great care and emphasis on giving every customer individualized and personal treatment and accompanying him, helping as much as we can through our support system by phone, email or online messenger or skype.
What is your print quality? All of our products are printed in the best, high-quality and innovative state-of-the-art digital machines and taken care of by professionals.
How can I be sure that the details I'm giving online are secured? We use a special technology to encode the sensitive information relating to the purchase process (specifically the credit card details). Plus, your username (/email) and password give you maximum protection. For more information, you can contact our customer service.
What is the maximum size of the picture or logo that I can upload for it to be used on one of the products? The total maximum size is 5MB. Files larger than this size will take a very long time to upload, and it will be inconvenient for the user.
Is there any limit in using Pilpulit images database? EasyExpo database images are royalty-free images you can use to create your design for print on our product only! For the images' terms of use you can check the full images terms & conditions.
Is there a discount for ordering larger orders? No. However, we have a wholesale program for frequent customers which their monthly order's total value is more than 50,000 euro. If you such please contact our sales department to get a wholesale status which means regular discounts across all product prices.
